We are an independent company, only operating in La Tania, Three Valleys, France. We offer our customers amazing food and wine, in a beautiful chalet environment.
Come-ski are looking for an imaginitive and qualified chef and a conscientious host to join them for the ski season in La Tania, France. You will have the freedom to create a full weekly menu to include breakfast, afternoon tea and a 5 course evening meal, adapting the menu to cater for the individual requirements of you guests.
Each day starts with preparing and serving breakfast for your chalet guests. When they hit the slopes you will ensure that the guest bedrooms and all communal areas are clean and tidy, finish your evening prep, and lay for afternoon tea, then you get to enjoy the afternoon on the mountain.
The evening service starts at around 17:30 (unless you have children staying in the chalet) where you will be on hand to serve drinks, prepare the table for dinner and serve your exquisite evening meal to enthusiastic, hungry guests!
As a chef you will have a relevant catering qualification and experience working to at least AA rosette level. As a host you will have experience working in the service industry
