After having spent many years working for lots of different companies we set up Ice and Fire in 2010. This has given us a unique all round knowledge and we have taken everything learned from this experience to make Ice and Fire what it is today.
As a small independent operator we put a lot of effort into finding and training our staff as we know they are the key to our success, we also provide a package and the personal support that many other companies just can't provide. We are looking for dedicated hard working professional people to provide the best service possible to our guests.

The day starts at around 7.00am when you arrive at the chalet to prepare for breakfast, this involves clearing up anything from the evening before and then laying up the table with a continental breakfast and serving a cooked option.
After breakfast when the guests hit the slopes you will ensure that the bedrooms and all communal areas are clean and tidy, finish your evening prep, and lay for afternoon tea, then you are free to enjoy the afternoon on the mountain.
In the evening at around 5.30pm you will setting up for dinner and will be cooking a four course meal followed by coffee and then cleaning down the kitchen and making sure the guests have all they need.
We are looking for a couple or two friends with a passion for food and excellent customer service skills. You will need to be hard working, and be able to keep a spotlessly clean chalet. Along with this you will need to be highly sociable and able to get along with anybody. We also accept individual applications for these roles.
Our minimum requirements are:
One of you must have previous experience cooking in a professional kitchen or have at least one season of working for a similar company.
UK NI number and have worked in the UK
UK bank account
EU passport - we can not accept working visas
Good quality accommodation
Full area lift pass
Wages paid every two weeks
End of season bonus
