a typical day in resort
We’re actively seeking Chalet staff to come work in our superb chalet hotels located in top European
ski resorts.
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper and Restaurant Manager this diverse role offers ample of
opportunity to work both front and back of house. You’ll ensure high standards are maintained
within all guest areas whilst being flexible and adapting to new responsibilities that will see you
assisting in the restaurant to cleaning guest rooms.
Main Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and tidy guest rooms, restaurant, serving stations and public areas
Assist with laundry services - washing, drying and ironing bedding and kitchen linen
Carry out a deep clean of guest rooms and public areas
Serve breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals in a warm, friendly manner
Prepare and replenish buffets, clear and clean tables
Create and deliver a warm welcoming and friendly environment within the hotel
Ensure Mark Warner’s high standards are maintained at all times
Cover Customer Services during off-peak hours (smaller hotels)
Assist with all additional duties deemed necessary to ensure the smooth and effective
running of the hotel

Essential Requirements
Previous management experience in housekeeping, waiting or guest relations
