Chalet Chef with Ski Famille

Ski Famille is an independently owned specialist in family ski holidays in the French Alps. We are regularly cited by the press as experts in our field and enjoy high levels of return guests and staff.

Description
Our chefs look after our guests in our larger chalets sleeping up to 21 guests, adults and children up to 5 families. You will be working with one chalet hosts. It will be your responsibility to manage the kitchen and ensure that all meals are cooked and presented to a consistently high standard.

You will provide breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3-course meal, plus a separate children’s tea earlier in the evening.

The chalet host will work alongside you, to provide a seamless and professional environment at all times.

As a catering professional you will ensure your kitchen is always clean and carry out a weekly deep clean. As part of the chalet team you will probably assist with some housekeeping duties on changeover day, to ensure the chalet is prepared for new arrivals.

Requirements
Experience of commercial catering or fine dining
Current food hygiene certificate level 2
UK National Insurance number
UK Passport and UK Bank Account
