Responsible for managing teams and staff operating in a number of different resorts, you'll need great management and commercial skills to maximise customer service and sales to give our customers' outstanding holidays, lead motivated teams and meet/exceed your targets.
Your responsible for the resort operations within your area (usually reps and chalets but may also include Crystal hotels and childcare), so strong communication skills and a drive for high standards and excellent service are a must. This is not an office based role - you will be based in resort and expected to spend time in your resorts monitoring quality and standards, and training & developing your staff.
