Working as a member of the Service-Compris team, you will be required to provide freshly prepared dishes on a daily basis for a variety of clientele.
Adaptable, and able to think on your feet, you’ll enjoy the challenge of interacting directly with the client and tailoring their culinary experience to suit their needs during their stay in Chamonix.
Responsible for menu planning and preparation, budget control and kitchen management, you will have a proven career history and a willingness to provide the best.
Customer relations will be a key part of this role, and excellent personal presentation, as well as good communication skills is essential.
About the job –
Planning and preparation of guest's breakfasts, afternoon tea, evening canapés and a four/five course meal each day, 6 days per week, demonstrating your own creative flair whilst maintaining our high standards of service.
- Preparing menu to fit within agreed budgets.
- Communicating with the guests to provide them with their ultimate dining experience during their holiday.
- Managing budget and providing weekly accounts.
- Maintaining the highest level of hygiene within the kitchen and ensuring the health and safety aspects are managed.
- Shopping for food on a daily / weekly basis
A short term contract, with holiday allowance will be offered. This position also offers;
