Taking charge of a specific area – or even country – you’ll ensure that all our resort staff are great at what they do. That doesn’t just mean giving them first class training. It means giving them the right responsibilities, goals and performance standards, and it means improving commitment and retention. So, you’ll work closely with the Operations team to put all pre-season programmes in place, and ensure that objectives are properly established and measured.
Taking an inspirational, hands-on approach, you’ll deal with everything from communication to budget management to include working on arrival day at the airports. Customer-focused and commercially aware, you’ll need proven experience of managing overseas teams in the travel or leisure industry. You know all about resort operation and management, about leading and motivating people, and about quickly solving problems.
