Applications are invited for an Experienced Ski Boot Technician. Key duties for this role will include working directly with clients in the Profeet Boot Lab using our state of the art foot pressure mapping, motion analysis software and hands on analysis techniques plus video imaging equipment with ski simulator. Taking this analysis the employee will then create custom moulded ski insoles, and by having in-depth experience of current ski boot brands and models, be able to select the most appropriate ski boot for the client's needs. The ski boots may also require to be aligned plus adjusted in shape. Recruits will receive second to none training in sport bio-mechanics plus podiatric knowledge.
Ability to create custom mouldable insoles to a high level with at least 12 months retail experience in the ski boot industry is required. It is essential to be able to understand a client's foot shape and ski ability, translating this information into the correct ski boot brand for their needs. Finally the candidate must posses a good sense of humour and a passion for sport.
