You will be working closely with the Assistant Manager/Housekeeper and together you will be responsible for the day to day running of the chalet.
Your primary role will be:
* Attending to guests requirements throughout their stay
* Liaison with the AM/HK to ensure a continuity of service.
* Day to day supervision of the team to ensure service levels are maintained.
* Meeting and greeting of new guests.
* Monitoring daily checklists to ensure service standards are met.
* Supervision of breakfast service, setting tables and providing waitress service.
* Supervision of afternoon tea, setting up and serving tea and cakes.
* Supervision of evening service, setting tables daily for dinner and providing waitress service.
Your secondary role will be:
* Covering for AM/HK on days off
* Assisting with chalet changeovers
* Cleaning of all bedrooms/bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard as and when required.
* Reporting any maintenance problems promptly within the chalet.
* Providing cover for driver duties
Requirements
* Minimum of one years work experience in hospitality or customer services roles
* Excellent people skills with a friendly outgoing persona
* Customer service - ensuring guests receive the highest possible level, mixing with guests where appropriate
* Teamwork - work closely with owners and other members of staff
* Flexibility - nothing is too much trouble attitude
* Good organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Full clean drivers licence
You will also need to hold an EU passport!!
