Our Chalet Hosts are expected to be naturally sociable, enthusiastic front line staff members with the flexibility and adaptability to fit in to any chalet role in any resort. You will work alongside the Chalet team and with the Ops team to provide a welcoming and efficient service to our guests.
The Chalet - it's our guests' home from home! You will be creating this fantastic atmosphere to really make our guests ski experience special.
You can either work alone within one of our smaller properties, or in one of our Club Chalets as part of a team. Whatever you're up to, you'll do it with efficiency, and a smile, always ensuring you are providing a high quality weekly menu, (consisting of breakfast, afternoon tea and evening dinner) and a clean and hygienic environment for people to relax in.
We are looking for candidates with a customer service background within the hospitality trade, en eye for detail and those all important cookery skills! If you've got what it takes but need to brush up on your skills in the kitchen, once you are successful at interview please ask a member of the recruitment team abut our cookery courses!
Please note - you must be confident in preparing and cooking a three course evening meal for up to 10 or 12 customers six days a week.
