We are seeking staff on a temporary basis to work for our winter programme from Sept – Mar or Oct – Apr.
Role duties
Daily download of various internal reports for distribution to hotels, agents and resort staff and many for use internally. Management and distribution of rooming lists, resort staff arrival/departure paperwork all booking position requests, late bookings, cancellations, extra to allocation requests, over bookings, booking stops and late deals.
To manage reservations with bed suppliers for all programmes controlled from the country office. To act as a contact for all bed suppliers and provide them with the service they require. Negotiate with suppliers in over-booking situations, and to purchase beds at the best rates where necessary for late deals. To manage and distribute the flow of paperwork and reports generated by internal systems.
You will be required to communicate in either French or German over the telephone so the ability to speak one of these languages confidently is a must.
