Whether you have experience in a similar role or are ready to take the next step in your career, you will have a proven track record in a high capacity, high standard catering team. Responsible for the entire catering function you will also maintain high levels of Health & Safety and Hygiene control and meet all HACCAP requirements.
As Head Chef you will lead your team of Sous, CDP’s and Commis chefs from the front, delivering staff training and ongoing development ensuring successful succession planning and staff retention. Excellent food cost controls are essential. Team sizes vary from 4 to 11 chefs + KP/NP’s.
Crystal Club Hotel Meals
Hot and cold breakfast options, a selection of cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea, a three course evening meal with a choice of menu, and a weekly 4 course speciality dinner. Meals on the first and last night will be buffet-style. Meals provided on 6 nights. Some hotels will have a slope side terrace/bar serving approx 100 - 400 covers per day offering Panini’s, burgers and other bar style lunches and beverages. Staff meals are also provided by the catering team.
