At flexiski we want to give our clients good honest food (locally sourced where possible), presented with flair and imagination. What we are looking for is very, very good quality chalet food presented superbly well.
About You:
Our chef will have the freedom to do what they do best – creating exciting meals for discerning clients. They are supported by a large chalet team and are responsible for delivering a first-rate chalet catering service for around 30 people.
We provide a cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, pre-dinner canapés and a 4 course evening meal accompanied by wine selected to compliment the meal.
Employment runs from December to April, and since we are part of TUI (the largest tourism company in the world) there is an excellent opportunity to move into a summer position at the end of the winter.
