To optimise sales by assessing client needs and offering a service of excellence. Maximise revenue and profit at every opportunity whilst minimising losses.

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES:

•Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers from all markets providing outstanding customer service.
•Promote and sell both air and ground products in order to meet clearly defined and established targets
•Provide packages that are “tailor-made” to suit the individual needs of our clients.
•Optimise all sales opportunities
•Take advantage of opportunities and up-sell whenever possible.
•Offer expertise, advice and knowledge to our Travel Agent partners and customers about destinations, airlines, ground arrangements, etc.
•Become fully knowledgeable about the products, destinations and services offered.
•Follow up sales enquiries, calling customers directly as appropriate.
•Recommend and sell all available products in order to maximise revenue and meet targets.
•Over come customer objections where possible.
•Ensure quality control for all documentation sent to clients, ensuring the content is accurate at all times
•Take responsibility to resolve problems ensuring that issues are followed through and escalated if necessary.
•Maintain company quality standards.
•Adhere to company procedures
•Attend training sessions and meetings where applicable.
•Carry out sales calls to customers as required.
•Share knowledge and offer expertise on all aspects of the product range.
•Assist and support the development and growth of Ski Dream
•Service existing bookings as required including, but not limited to, carrying out amendments, providing information on relevant charges, confirm bookings and adding additional content.
•Give constructive input/feedback at meetings.
•Actively seek and promote efficiencies in the business processes.
•Develop a thorough understanding of all systems that the business uses.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
•Must have previous sales experience in tour operations selling Ski holidays
A methodical approach with particular attention to detail
•Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
•The ability to prioritise workload, demonstrating good organisational skills
•Enthusiasm
•Multi-skilling
•Approachable and able to develop a rapport with customers
•Working knowledge of a GDS
•Good geographical knowledge of sales areas (Europe and North America)
•An excellent knowledge of skiing and snowboarding in worldwide destinations
•Negotiation and problem solving
•Sales orientated and motivated to sell or add value to each customer contact
