Couple required for an exclusive chalet in Klosters Switzerland to start the first week in December 09. The team will consist of a chef from a rosette or Michelin background, as you will be expected to create 4 course dinners of the very highest standards. The chef will also need to prepare breakfasts, and afternoon teas. The chef will also need to be able to converse with guests and enjoy being around people.
The host will also come from a good background and be able to serve guests, clean and make beds. Dinner service will managed by the host as well.
The couple will receive £400 pw wages ,flights, ski pass, ski hire, all food and accommodation. The couples must have impeccable work references which will checked upon application.
