You will be the key contact in the absence of the management team liaising with resort staff and ensuring that they adhere to deadlines. Your organisational skills will enable you to prioritise effectively when co-ordinating paperwork and undertake other administrative tasks adhering to deadlines.
This is an ideal opportunity to learn and develop in a wide variety of areas including organising staff travel, assisting with budgeting and payroll, HR and staffing issues and organising the admin side of the overseas airport operation on a changeover day.
You will work closely with the country manager in the collation of weekly reports and provide feedback on budgeting. Assist in the management of small projects with a view to improve existing processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess competent IT skills including excel, a keen eye for detail and a passion for results, and a willingness to learn and develop within this significant role. Conversational German would be advantageous.
