This dynamic, fast pace role encompasses a variety of areas and requires a lively individual with a passion for results.
With a hands on approach to Sales and Customer Service you will develop and motivate your team, creating sales trackers and using your initiative to achieve results. Dealing with overall staffing issues and budgeting you will be the lynch pin of the overall resort operation.
Other responsibilities consist of the overall management of the resort operation, including general weekly admin, reporting and accounts. Assisting in the production and proof reading of customer facing literature, and internal forms with an eye for detail.
You will be negotiating with suppliers, agreeing costs and also liaising with hoteliers, upholding and developing the close existing relationships and reputation that we currently have in resort.
The successful Resort Manager will report into an Area Manger who will assist you in your own personal development in this exciting and autonomous role of which has all year round opportunities.
It is essential that you have experience in ski, working with teams in either a Chalets or Tour Ops environment. You will already have management experience and a proven background in working to targets and motivating your team to achieve success.
