The Role
To improve the levels of service offered across the ski business. Provide training, development to all resort teams to ensure concerns, complaints, compliments & analysis are all dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Ensure that all quality targets are monitored, analysed, communicated and reported on in order to achieve all set targets by the end of each season
Key Skills and Experience
- Experience in a customer service role in tour ops / hotels / chalets or similar environment
- Language skills desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self Sufficient and able to work on own initiative
- Ability to balance excellent customer service and cost implications
- Attention to detail / analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Influencing / persuading skills at all levels
