Located 40 minutes from Chamonix, 40 minutes from Morzine and 55 minutes from Geneva, Snowbeds.com are currently loooking to recruit a Resort Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Planning and Organisation of up to 6 Staff and up to 50 Guests
Smooth running of EVERY aspect of Resort Operations
Ultimate provision of an A1 service to guests.
Being Fully Aware of all services available to guests from Ski School, Ski Hire and Lift Pass Purchasing and Delivering Service (provided by LCC staff) to Daily Events, Apres-Ski Events, Weather information etc

The Resort Manager for this new company will be:
self-motivated
have an out-going personality
capable of working on his/her own AND as part of a team
approachable, unflappable, dependable, flexible and diplomatic
numerate and computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel
prepared to help interview and recruit the staff needed to complete the Resort Team
smart, punctual, presentable
able to present smiles in the most difficult of circumstances
As The Resort Manager will be THE FACE of lescarrozchalets (both to Guests and Suppliers) he/she will have:
experience in a customer service environment
stamina AND enthusiasm (as the work is 6/7 days per week)
exceptional organisational and planning skills
strong people management skills
an aptitude for creating working relationships with suppliers and their employees
the willingness to speak French to a good conversational level
awareness of motivational methods (for dealing with the highs and lows of the season)
In addition the following are required:
P45 or P60
Current driving licence (although a good manager will organise his/her staff to drive if he/she doesnt want to)
UK National Insurance Number
UK Bank Account
EU Passport
Minimum age: 23 years- applications from more mature candidates are welcomed.
