We are currently seeking a presentable ,confident, outgoing individual to assist the manager and owner in the running of this boutique hotel in the centre of Les Gets. A Good level of French is essential together with relevant work experience within the hospitality industry.
There will be a degree of bookkeeping involved in this role and accounts experience or budgetary control experience would be a considerable advantage.
You will liaise with our restaurant manager and kitchen staff on a daily basis to ensure that numbers and individual requirements are catered for.
Working closely with the hotel’s UK sales office you will be required to reconcile all reservations ensuring that everything is in place for each guest arrival.
Booking transfers, mountain restaurants, ski schools etc will also be part of your daily duties as will the distribution / collection of Customer Service Questionnaires.
Staff welfare, training and management will fall within your remit and close attention to detail and high standards would be expected at all times.
