We are currently seeking a presentable, confident, outgoing individual to assist the manager and owner in the running of this boutique hotel in the centre of Les Gets. A good level of French is essential together with relevant work experience within the hospitality industry.
As the restaurant manager you will liaise with the front office and manager on a daily basis helping to plan your dining room layout each evening.
You will be responsible for coordinating the daily buffet breakfast , afternoon tea, childrens tea and staff meals.
Dinner menus will be required to be typed up on a daily basis and staff briefed when necessary on any speciality dishes.
A good knowledge and keen interest in wine is essential.
Staff, training and management will fall within your remit and close attention to detail and high standards would be expected at all times.
