You will require to have several years relevant work experience and be ready to assist the Head Chef in producing a varied and interesting range of menus that will have been chosen prior to the season commencing.

You will be required to help produce a min of two 3 course evening meals each day in addition to preparing a range of canapés and amuse bouche on a daily basis.

Most days will involve split shift work and a conscientious approach to your work will be expected to ensure the smooth running of service at meal times.

You will be required to work in all sections of the kitchen and each week take on the role of Acting Head Chef to cover for days off.

A clean and tidy approach to ones work would be expected with due regard for health and hygiene at all times.
