At the end of each ski season, around Easter, lots of companies begin the job of searching for the staff to run their chalets and holidays for the following season. If you get your application in early you improve your chances of getting the best ski season jobs, but don't worry if you have left it late to apply. Signing up staff early is not without its risks and pre or early season drop outs are not uncommon.
