Ski Bound are currently looking for Head Chefs in their ClubHotels throughout the French Alps. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the profitable running of the kitchen and will receive a range of benefits including a lift pass and equipment
The purpose of this role is to ensure the profitable day to day operation of the kitchen to company standards.
What we’re looking;
- British/European passport
- UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of catering and HACCP procedures
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Experience of managing a team
