A Typical Day in the Job
You will be responsible for the full running of the hotel and restaurant, which includes:
Create the lunch and evening menu / Prepare breakfast
Hotel and restaurant marketing
Deal with suppliers
Serving and organize room cleaning
Manage guests check in-out
Small maintenance and room refurbishment
The goal is to establish a long-term flourishing operation.
Who are we looking for?
You have experience in hospitality, love a challenge and most importantly keen to develop a business for the long-term. You either are a chef or have hospitality experience. You understand that hospitality is about guests and guests relations, and at the same time is a business to be run efficiently. You will be hard working, fun and outgoing and are able to demonstrate that you have the qualities to succeed in this challenge.
