We are an owner operated business, now in our eleventh year and we have developed a reputation for a luxurious yet friendly catered chalet service that is tailored to our guests’ needs. We have grown substantially over the past years so are a very exciting company to work for.

The job description

a typical day in resort

• Arriving into chalet first thing in the morning to get breakfast prepared and served.

• After breakfast service, start prepping for the evening meal and make afternoon tea. Kitchen clean down before finishing for break.

• BREAK to ski/board

• Arrive back to chalet for dinner service (canapes to be served before dinner). Time will depend how organised you are and what time dinner is being served. Kitchen clean down before finishing shift

• One day of the week you will be required to go down the mountain to do your shop for the following week.

• Saturday or Sunday – CHANGEOVER DAY – no skiing – full kitchen clean and prep and help host

Who are we looking for?

what makes you the ideal candidate

• Recognised catering qualification or extensive experience
• Extensive fine dining experience, preferable in Michelin or AA Rosette establishments or wide-ranging experience in high-end private dining (5-star chalets, yachts, private household etc.)
• Experience of working with customers
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work on own initiative as well as being a team player
• All applicants must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
