A Typical Day in the Job
Morning - Your first duty is to make sure everyone is set up for the day ahead by providing them with a hearty breakfast to keep them fuelled for the day on the slopes. Breakfast includes a cooked option and a continental buffet.
Après-ski - You will have left a cake out for your guests to devour when they get home from skiing. If you have young ones in your chalet you will first prepare a "kids meal" at 6.30pm.
Evening - You will then prepare the adult meal with the help of your host which includes: canapés, starter, main, dessert and a local cheeseboard. Your host will take care of the wine pouring and entertaining to leave you free to concentrate on the food.
Who are we looking for?
You must be over 21yrs of age and have a keen interest in cooking but no formal qualifications are required.
We require all our staff to hold a UK or EU passport, a UK national insurance number and bank account.
