Many of our customers have been staying with Ski Basics for over 10 years and the most consistent feature of our customer feedback is the quality of our team.
We believe in genuine customer service and employing people with a natural flair for providing it.
A Typical Day in the Job
Morning - Your first duty is to make sure everyone is set up for the day ahead by serving drinks during breakfast and making sure the croissants never run out whilst the Cook is busy in the kitchen. You will then load the skis into your van and help to make sure everyone has everything they need for the day ahead.
Après-ski - You (alongside the other drivers) will provide a mini bus shuttle service from the slopes back to the chalets.
Evening - Once all the guests are back in their chalets you will return to help get the chalet ready for an evening of fun and food. This will include: chatting to the guests about their day, ensuring everyone has their glass topped up, laying the fire, selecting the music and helping the cook with any tasks in the kitchen before serving at dinner.
