A Typical Day in the Job
Breakfast needs to be ready for 8.00 o'clock. As you have 2 mornings OFF, you only have 4 morning shifts to cover.
Serve breakfast and ensure that your guests are happy and have everything that they need.
Clear breakfast away and tidy up the common areas.
Bake afternoon tea.
Clean your kitchen and set up afternoon tea.
Back at the chalet around 16.30 to plan, shop, prepare, serve and clear a 3 course meal within the budget 6 evenings a week.
Who are we looking for?
1/ Experience in a commercial Kitchen. However a cooking qualification is not compulsory. You need to confident in your ability to cook.
2/ Driving licence.
3/MUST have a valid UK passport and an existing permanent UK NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER.
4/ Being very organised
5/ Great interpersonal skills - A determination to prioritise customer service with a smile.
6/ A keen eye for detail and pride in a job well done.
7/ An ability to work well alone or with others.
