A Typical Day in the Job
Team Leader - Guest Services: A customer facing position with responsibility for concierge / rep services on a day to day basis. Meeting and greeting, collecting payments, organising lessons, changes to ski hire and so much more!
*Daily: - Rounds of the chalets to see that all the guests are enjoying their stay.
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure that guest concierge requests are dealt with quickly.
*Change-over: - Meet and greet new arrivals, providing a great first impression.
-Oversee guests’ departure transfers.
Team Leader - Housekeeping: Mainly working behind the scenes to ensure that standards are maintained and that everything runs smoothly.
*Daily: - Rounds of the chalets to see that cleaning standards are being maintained and to ensure that food and service standards are being met.
- Ensuring a smooth running of the 'behind the scenes' operations.
*Change-over: - Assisting chalet staff with organisation and execution of change-over day.
- Meet and greet new arrivals.
Who are we looking for?
1/ Previous ski season experience.
2/ Valid UK passport and an existing permanent UK national insurance number.
3/ Previous relevant experience : Customer service and/or housekeeping as relevant to the two roles
4/ Keen attention to detail and professionalism.
5/ Be very organised and able to meet deadlines.
6/ Driving licence and your own transport.
7/ French language skills
