We know it’s important to make sure our team is well supported to have a really great season. As a small team (just over 20), we’re on hand to ensure that happens!
We’re lucky to have several returning team members each year, and that’s something our guests recognise too.
You'll get plenty of ski time as we make sure that your working hours are kept to a minimum, with support and ongoing training.
A Typical Day in the Job
Breakfast preparation and service, cleaning and tidying the chalet, evening meal preparation, baking afternoon tea and laying out for guests.

Who are we looking for?
Ski Magic cook/hosts have a strong work ethic and are super-organised to ensure all the daily tasks are completed. Being a team player is essential, as is a sense of humour and reliable nature.
Chalet hosts are required to prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and a three-course evening meal using our menu and recipes. Experience in catering for groups in a dinner party environment or in a restaurant is preferable. Chalet cooking courses are also a great way to gain relevant experience.
Cleaning is also an important part of the role as our guests have very high expectations: housekeeping positions in hotels and B&Bs are useful experience for this side of the role.

A superb communicator with excellent interpersonal skills You will have lots of energy with a happy, outgoing personality. You will be approachable and enjoy striving to exceed customer’s expectations. You will have an eye for detail ensuring Ski Magic standards are achieved at all times.
