Nobody forgets their first ski season, and many of our resort staff come back year after year. Our winter season jobs offer an opportunity to bring your skills to a completely new environment.
We operate luxury chalets in the leading resorts of Val d’Isère and Courchevel in France, and St Anton in Austria, where we offer jobs for Chefs, Nannies, Concierge, Hosts, Drivers and Managers.


A Typical Day in the Job
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible level of Scott Dunn service
Menu design and planning
All the food and domestic product shopping for your chalet
Mentor and work with a second chef
Provide continental/cooked breakfast as well as dishes from the specials menu
Bake a fresh cake and biscuits for afternoon tea
Provide canapés and a 4 or 5 course dinner with cheese (6 days per week)
Provide children’s dinner if and when appropriate
Ensure that all guests’ dietary requirements are understood and catered for
Assist in keeping your chalet clean and tidy at all times creating a warm, friendly environment
Be responsible for all budgeting in your chalet
Provide weekly accounts
Who are we looking for?
A recognised catering qualification such as NVQ or City & Guild Chef qualification, cooking certificate or extensive experience in a professional kitchen
Minimum of 1 year working experience with a qualification or 2 years without a qualification
Available for the whole season – November until the end of April
UK/EU passport
