We run a chalet with a high number of staff allowing each individual time to enjoy the surroundings and end the season with as much energy and enthusiasm as they started with. In return, we expect our staff to be the face of the business and give our clients a unique holiday experience.



typical day A Typical Day in the Job

The day starts around 7.30 with a hot breakfast, then there is time to prep for the evening meal and bake an afternoon tea.

In the middle of the day there is time to relax and enjoy the incredible skiing across the Portes du Soleil.

Around 17.30 you will be at the chalet to prepare canapés and the three course evening meal, with cheese board, for your guests. It is expected that you finish by 10pm.

On the changeover day it is all hands on deck to bid farewell to the departing guests and make the chalet ready to welcome new clients. This is also a time to ensure the kitchen is spotless and the larder well stocked.

There is 1 full day and one evening off each week.


ideal candidate Who are we looking for?

You must have previous experience of catering in a luxury chalet. A mature and responsible attitude as well as being a team player is essential.
