typical day
The job description
a typical day in resort

You will enter the chalet in the morning to clean up any guest detritus left from the night before laying and serving a hot cooked breakfast for guests before they head out on the slopes. Following this you will clear down, complete any food prep needed, make a cake for afternoon tea, clean the guest rooms and test your hot tub. After everything is set ready to go, why not get a good few hours in on the mountain or enjoy a sunny lunch stop?

Early in the evening you will head back into the chalet to do your hot tub tests and finish your dinner preparations. On a normal evening you will serve a beautifully presented three course evening meal, followed by a cheese board before cleaning down your kitchen and interacting with your guest and answering any questions they may have. Then you are free to head off and enjoy the rest of your evening how ever you like. Why not head down to the local watering hole for some live music, or kick back and relax with a film?

On transfer day you will serve breakfast, see your guests off and then clean and change over your chalet and hot tub in time for the arrival of your new guests before dinner service.
