The job description
a typical day in resort
Our Resort Representatives & Flexi-hosts occupy the most sociable and flexible roles within our resort teams.
Our team work on a rota system which allows us to give all staff 2 days off per week, but still cater for guests 6 nights per week. Part this role is Chalet Hosting across various chalets on this rota system, and hosting alongside your colleagues within your allocated resort.
The other duties within this role are varied, and can include anything from processing guest lift passes, guest meet and greets in resort on arrival day and assisting with shopping orders, to distributing provisions around resort and hot tub maintenance.
We don't operate airport transfers, so there's no airport runs with incredibly early starts!

As a big part of this role is working as a chalet host with your peers, we are looking for candidates a passion for creating delicious food, accompanied by confidence in the kitchen and the ability to cook to a strong dinner party standard. Professional catering experience is not essential, however work experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
The successful candidates will have fantastic attention to detail, willingness to be flexible, excellent organisation skills and high performance standards. You must be determined to perform all aspects of your role to the highest standards and take pride in your work, whether it be housekeeping, food preparation & presentation, administration or guest interaction.
Essential requirements to be eligible for this role across all resorts:
• The ability to communicate in French (the level of French language skills required will depend on the resort).
• A full, clean driving licence, with at least 3 years driving experience
• Candidates must be at least 23 years of age (for vehicle insurance)
• Strong computer literacy including MS Office

Applications are open to those with EU passports or the right to live and work in France (for example with Carte de Séjour). UK passport holders will also be considered where substantial and relevant experience is evident - visa and work permit will be required.
