A Typical Day in the Job
Property Support Executive (Country Office) - you will be responsible for;
Assisting with pre-season training.
Collating timely and accurate submissions of start/end season paperwork including KPIs.
Assisting resort team with all H&S, Fire and Hygiene audit paperwork.
Managing all the EDF energy accounts including staff accommodation.
Co-ordinating all inventories and purchase reviews in conjunction with Warehouse Supervisor
Fulfilling an integral role within our weekend transport operation.
Ordering and monitoring all stationery ensuring full inventory is maintained.
There is potential for this role to be required to make resort visits to assess the delivery of our chalet product once resorts are operational.
Resort Maintenance - you will be responsible for;
Assisting with all general maintenance required prior to opening the resort and throughout the season for Chalets and Hotels.
Assisting with the organisation and supervision of the cleaning and preparation of all chalets in resort.
Producing detailed inventories of all the chalets, Nurseries, Snow Club rooms, staff accommodation and resort office.
Production of Health & Safety, Fire and Hygiene reports for all chalets and childcare rooms.
Dealing with all chalet or Chalet Hotel maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
Submit any weekly maintenance expenses and receipts to the Resort Manager.
Attending weekly staff meetings.
Assisting Chalet Manager with the organisation and deliveries of supplies.
Driving between resorts as required.
Resort Assistant/Driver - you will be responsible for;
Assisting Chalet Manager with the organisation and distribution of deliveries across resort and collate stock checks & resort stores control
Liaise with Resort Management in regards to transporting guests to/from the slopes, luggage collection/drop-offs and any other resort logistical driving that is required.
Maintaining and upkeep of the company vehicle and report any issues to Resort Manager.
Submit any weekly expenses and receipts to the Resort Manager.
Attending weekly staff meetings.

Who are we looking for?
Confident use of written and spoken French language (Property Support Executive)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail (Property Support Executive)
Competency across all IT platforms incl. cloud based applications (Product Support Executive)
Full clean driving licence essential - min of 5 years (all roles)
Overseas driving experience would be advantageous (all roles)
Proven maintenance skills or trade qualification essential (Maintenance role)
Customer service and accounts experience desirable (Maintenance role)
Hospitality and customer facing experience essential (all roles)
