A Typical Day in the Job
As Head Chef you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in one of our large Chalets or Chalet Hotels.
As one of our Head Chefs you will be involved in the training of your team and their continued development, training and progression throughout the season.
You will need to lead the team in terms of kitchen hygiene and procedures, maintaining company image at all times.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that catering provided is of a high and consistent standard and that budgets and targets are adhered to.
You will have an excellent knowledge of all kitchen sections, displayed with flair and creativity.
Who are we looking for?
You will need to be a proven leader, self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, show excellent communication skills, promoting team work throughout the Chalet or Chalet Hotel.
