A Typical Day in the Job
Use your experience working in chalets for this exciting opportunity - a role that revolves around food and inspiring others in the kitchen, showcasing your culinary creative flair to design and develop delicious menus.
Based in Bourg Saint Maurice, France, your responsibilities will include working closely with the Chalet Operations Executive to ensure that new staff are fully inducted and prepared for their role as chalet hosts. You will help develop the Skiworld menu, offer advice on further training of staff and support other Overseas Departments where necessary.
There’s also the opportunity to extend your employment into the summer as a tutor at our Mountain Cookery School in Tignes…
Who are we looking for?
This a senior role for an experienced chalet host, catering professional or chef. You need to be a keen and creative foodie with a great team spirit, some leadership skills and a love for the mountain air!
