typical day A Typical Day on this Course

Learning the techniques, developing the skills and perfecting the presentation of every dish you'll need to cook as a chalet host on a ski season. From poaching spot-on eggs for breakfast to nailing a decadently oozing chocolate fondant for dessert. We also teach kitchen hygiene, menu planning, time organisation and a whole host of other key skills you need. With 35 years of chalet hosting experience in the mountains, we know what's up!

Aside from staying in your own room in a 4* chalet for the duration of the course, you get time off to enjoy the plethora of summer activities on offer in Tignes, including skiing on glacier, hiking, biking and frolicking around in the lake!
In addition, the course will provide you with a Food Safety Level 2 certification and successful completion of the course will land you an interview for a Ski Season job!
