For winter 2022 we are recruiting for hospitality and guest service roles in resorts across France and Austria. We're actively seeking English-speaking applicants with EU passports (inc. dual-nationals) who have experience in hospitality. Our seasonaire roles are placed from December through to April.

We look for people who are energetic, charismatic and supportive above all else. If you have skills in sales, hospitality, cooking, a trade or anything else - that's great - but it's not essential. As long as you're over 18 and have a keen work ethic, a desire to impress and a visible team spirit, we want to receive your application today! You don't have to have skied or snowboarded before, and you don't even have to when you're there (but you'd be mad not to try it). A winter in the mountains is six months like no other. Just ask anyone who's done it and you'll discover: Once a seasonaire, always a seasonaire.

Being a Seasonaire
Most seasonal workers know that skiing is a winter sport, and that if you're planning to work as a ski ‘seasonaire' your post will run from roughly December to the end of April. The bulk of the skiing public take their holidays between mid-December and mid-April so as winter season staff your roles will entail some set-up and clean-down time at each end of the season.
Part-Ski Seasons There are some exceptions to this way of working though. Whether you have prior engagements - a full-time job, travels or studying being the most popular – or you just hadn't thought about ski seasons before, we also employ some staff throughout the season. This is a perfect opportunity to get a taste for one of the greatest life experiences going – living, skiing and working in the mountains.
