a typical day in resort

Every day can be different in these roles, from dealing with a quiet morning shift, through to a group of 40 skiers coming in for an evening party. You will ensure that you meet expectations for quality service, and go above and beyond for every customer you interact with. Shifts can vary depending on the time of year, with peak season requiring people to work in a fast past and dynamic environment.
