The job description
a typical day in resort
You will be tasked with planning the logistics and organisation of the Safaris programme to meet required needs of our guests. You will also be producing schedules for the Safaris Team, handling transport logistics and liaising with suppliers to meet the need of the product we provide. This also includes planning across a wide range of locations and resorts.
You will work closely with the Safaris Management team to ensure efficiency and communication across the resorts is effective at all times. You will also work closely with the Front of House team in the hotels to provide updates and information relating to guest’s itineraries.

• Organised person, to achieve clearly defined objectives and timelines for completing designated tasks.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Fluent in English - spoken, written and oral communication skills.
• Able to handle a busy office environment while meeting deadlines and specified timeframes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in logistics or operations desired but not required.
