a typical day in resort

Hotel Management

Overseeing all operational, financial, health & safety and guest related aspects of running the Chalet Hotel. Under your leadership, supervise and organise the hotel team to ensure high standards are maintained. You will need to lead by example and install pride amongst your team therefore you will need to be a highly organised, self-motivated, have confidence in your own ability and strong interpersonal skills.

Representative Manager

You will be responsible for operating, managing and leading our large repping teams and work closely with your Resort Manager to ensure a seamless service for our guests is carried out by the resort rep teams. Part of your role is to ensure that all transfer planning and logistics runs smoothly, that property visits are conducted daily by your resort rep team and that all our guests receive excellent service from their arrival to departure - this is key to this role.

Resorts Chalet Manager

You will be managing the catering and delivery of quality in our chalets by our Chalet Hosts so you will be hands on leader providing practical duties such as cooking and cleaning, so leading by example should come naturally to you. Our Resort Chalets Managers are logistics people, staff managers, motivators and hospitality experts. You will be responsible for training and managing standards of catering and housekeeping within all chalets in your resort whilst monitoring the overall chalet budgets & collating orders.

• Hospitality, Catering and Customer Service experience essential
• Staff management and supervisory skills essential
• Accounts experience essential
• Sales experience essential
• Knowledge of spoken French, German or Italian desirable
• Full clean driving licence essential - min 5 years (Resort Chalet Manager)
