The job description
a typical day in resort
The job description of the chalet host does vary, each chalet expecting a different skillset from their employees. Typically you are always going to be responsible for the general housekeeping, tidying and cleaning the chalet. Other things on your daily task list include laundry, tidying the bedrooms and communal areas. The busiest day is changeover day, when new guests arrive. You may also be required to help with dinner service.

We are seeking applications from people with a proven track record or experience of ski chalet hosting or similar. If you have an EU passport you will be eligible for more chalet host roles as many employers currently require candidates to hold an existing right to work within the European Union.

Typical package can include accommodation, food and drinks, a season long ski pass, ski equipment such as skis/board and boots, plus flights and transfers to and from the resort.
