The job description
a typical day in resort
Each day starts with preparing breakfast, cleaning the chalet, and getting everything guest-ready.
You have down time during the day perfect for skiing or relaxing before diving back in to serve a delicious 3-course dinner.
At Riders Refuge you're not just maintaining a space, you're crafting a warm, memorable holiday for your guests, all while living in the heart of the mountains.
Who are we looking for?
what makes you the ideal candidate
A confident cook able to plan, prepare and deliver 4 course evening meals.
Catering experience.
Friendly, flexible and enthusiastic.
Able to achieve excellent customer service.
Ski/Snowboard experience preferred.
Good team player.
An eye for detail.
Excellent written and spoken English.
At least basic French language skills, preferably conversational.
Clean Driving License.
Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
