Skiworld is the largest independently owned purely winter sports operator in the UK with a rich history of ski season employment dating back to 1982. We have a great record for returning staff, meaning people LOVE working for us. We are intensely committed to making sure our staff have the best winter experience possible.

For winter 2022/23 we are recruiting for hospitality and guest service roles in resorts across France and Austria. We're actively seeking English-speaking applicants with EU passports (inc. dual-nationals) who have experience in hospitality, as well as British applicants. Our seasonaire roles are placed from December through to April.

typical day A Typical Day in the Job

Key Responsibilities:

- Set-up resort operations prior to the ski season and effectively close down at the end of season, handing back to the Overseas Office.

- Control the resort accounts and expenditure, including establishing an excellent working relationship with suppliers.

- Train, motivate and manage the performance of the entire resort team to ensure maximum performance including managing staff rotas, timesheets and working hours.

- Previous ski season and staff management experience
- Public speaking skills
- Excellent customer service attributes
- Initiative to solve problems
- Excellent organisational skills
- A flexible, hands-on and proactive approach
- A full, clean driving license (required in some resorts)
