The job description
a typical day in resort

FOH & Bar – Winter Schedule

Restaurant Opening Hours: 08:30 – 23:00, 7 days a week

Lunch Service: 12:00 – 15:00 | Dinner Service: 18:30 – 21:00

A typical working day may look like this:

08:30 – FOH & Bar staff open up the restaurant and prepare the space for service.

09:00 – Kitchen team arrives, receives deliveries, and begins morning prep.

12:00 – Lunch service begins.

15:00 – Lunch service ends. The kitchen starts clean-down. FOH team supports reset for dinner. If you're on a split shift, this is when your break begins — perfect time to hit the slopes.

16:00 - Après Ski & Live Music Begins

18:00 – Après Ski Finishes / Evening shift starts. Staff on dinner service begin prep and set-up.

18:30 – Dinner service begins.

21:00 – Dinner service ends. Kitchen and FOH begin clean-down and prep for the next day.

23:00 – Restaurant closes for the night.

Who are we looking for?
what makes you the ideal candidate

- Solid waitressing experience, an eye for detail, being a team player
– A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced environment
– B1 or B2 French level
– You must have the legal right to work in France:
EU passport
Valid carte de séjour
Working holiday visa from a country with a bilateral agreement
Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor visas for UK passport holders.
