The job description
a typical day in resort

Love skiing, snowboarding, meeting new people and spending your winter in the mountains?

Jack & Jill is a small, independent chalet company based in Morzine in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. For over 15 years we've been creating memorable mountain holidays for our guests, and we're looking for a Resort Driver to join our friendly team for the winter season.

We believe exceptional guest experiences start with a happy team. We work hard, support each other, enjoy plenty of time on the mountain and make the most of everything alpine life has to offer.

The role of a Resort Driver is varied, rewarding and sometimes challenging. You'll play a key part in our guests' holiday experience, ensuring they get to and from the slopes safely, helping our chalets run smoothly and providing friendly, professional service throughout their stay.

Job Description (including but not limited to:)

* Driving guests to and from the slopes each day, ensuring a safe, reliable and friendly service

* Being flexible and responsive to changing weather conditions and guest requirements

* Helping guests with local knowledge, recommendations and general holiday advice

* Checking hot tubs and maintaining the outdoor areas around our chalets

* Snow clearing and ensuring safe access to chalets throughout the winter

* Clearing breakfast tables and helping keep communal areas tidy and welcoming

* Assisting chalet hosts with day-to-day chalet operations, including laying tables, setting fires, emptying dishwashers and restocking honesty bars

* Helping prepare chalets for guest arrivals and departures

* Assisting with weekend changeover cleans in our self-catered properties

* Carrying out resort errands, including shopping, collecting supplies, moving equipment and other practical tasks

* Chopping logs, clearing snow and helping with general chalet maintenance and upkeep

* Working closely with the wider Jack & Jill team to ensure everything runs smoothly

This is a hands-on role that requires energy, organisation and a positive attitude. No two days are the same, and we're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is happy to go the extra mile to help guests and colleagues alike.
