We operate the only fully custom designed hosted ski chalet in Jasna, with its own bar, sauna, jacuzzi and more. We're the closest chalet of our kind to the lifts.

typical day A Typical Day in the Job

Working as part of a larger chalet team, you'll be running F&B operations for our chalet and public bar serving our chalet guests as well as the general public. With the vast majority of our guests and customers being Brits, we serve a full range of drinks and bar food including pizzas, chicken wings and nachos. Our famous live music apres sessions with happy hour chicken wings are getting more popular each season.

Working with the support of the chalet owners, you'll have overall responsibility for the F&B services including chalet breakfast (and occasional dinners) and our full bar with kitchen. You'll manage the end to end operation from designing meals, managing and ordering stock, leading and coaching staff, serving guests, as well as getting hands on in the kitchen and bar.

- Overall management of bar and chalet kitchens - setting menus, preparation, cooking and serving food and drinks.

- Run the day to day bar operations and chalet F&B service for guests and customers from open to close

- Training and supervising chalet and bar staff on F&B services

- Manage bar opening and closing

- Mantaining stock levels, ordering and receiving F&B deliveries

- Ensure cleaniness and hygiene standards are being upheld by the team

- Work hands on, including cover for staff days off, busy days, etc

- Admin and back ofifce duties

Our range of F&B services include:

- Chalet guests’ buffet breakfast

- Chalet guests’ apres drinks/snacks

- Chalet guests’ dinner (half-board weeks only)

- Full bar and kitchen (bar food) operations, including special menu nights


ideal candidate Who are we looking for?

To apply you must have:
- Several years previous ski chalet, hotel or hospitality management/operations experience
- Oral and written English language at a working level (Minimum CEFR – B1)
- A positive and friendly customer service orientated attitude
- be reliable and trustworthy

Ideally you will have:
- Oral and written English language at a professional working level (CEFR - B2 or higher)
- Permission to work in Slovakia (the EU)
- Slovak language skills

Personal attributes
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to use self-initiative and judgement
- Friendly and positive with an outgoing, but not overbearing, attitude.
- Able to related to people from different backgrounds
- Self - organized with good time management and able to maintain a schedule
- Well presented and spoken
